What are the differences between Christian Culture and Following Christ?

Christians often look and sound a certain way. You know it when you see it. Sometimes they carry around big study Bibles filled with scribbles and highlighting, wear shiny cross jewelry, or eat at a Friday night fish fry. But what does it look like to follow Christ? This week, our sermon series responding to real faith questions by responding to a community member who asks: “What are the differences between ‘Christian culture’ and following Christ?”

Responding to real questions, Pastor Dallas’s sermon series engages with real faith questions. Some of the questions might seem irreverent and you might wonder if it’s okay to talk about. If we only answer safe questions, we aren’t actually safe for questions. There aren’t always easy answers, but there is always an opportunity to grow and find God in the midst of life’s questions.
