Thank you for watching
Our sermons are delivered to inspire you to love like God loves. That’s not a weak love. It’s a love that can change the world. We’re not perfect yet, so we recognize that change starts with us. While there’s room to grow, we should make time to listen and to grow.
We hope that our online ministry is a blessing to you. We believe we learn best by learning in community. So, if our online worship services and sermons are encouraging to you, we hope that you might visit us in person so that we might be mutually encouraged by each other’s presence, insights, and story.
You can listen to our sermons on the go on every major podcast app. Visit our podcast site on Anchor.fm/fbcofjackson.
Sermons can always be accessed online YouTube or on any major Podcasting app.
Worship online with us live on Sundays at 10am.

Beyond What We Can Sort Out
Some questions don’t have clean answers. Some lives don’t fit into neat categories. So what does God do with all the unresolved parts of our story?
Sermon Series: Mark This Down
As we approach our church’s final chapter, we are returning to what matters most. Over the next 16 weeks, we will walk through the Gospel of Mark, one chapter at a time, listening again to the story of Jesus. In a season of endings, we are choosing to anchor ourselves in the good news that first called us—and still sends us.
Sermon preached by Dallas Flippin, on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at the First Baptist Church of Jackson, MI.

It Sounded Like the End
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” sounds like the end of hope. But what if it’s only the first line of a song that leads somewhere else? This Easter, discover what happens when you hear it all.
