Introducing the Breakout Space

Do you need a break from your day? To reset or recharge?

You’re invited to the Breakout Space – a space for 10 minute self-guided meditation during the middle of the day, in the middle of the week. Starting October 17, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, you are free to come and go as you need to reset your day.

At the Breakout Space, you choose what you want or don’t want to do. Sit. Kneel. Listen. Pray. Light a candle. It’s your time!

Audio devices are provided to listen to a 10 minute meditation. There are two new tracks each week. One track is motivational for folks needing to recharge. One track is contemplative for those who need rest and peace.

The Breakout Space is available in our historic sanctuary, built in 1870 before the invention of the light bulb. Enter into this historic space to dream and imagine something bigger for your life and your day.

The Breakout Space is a great way to reset your day on your lunch break. We’re a safe, open space for people to come and reset their days in the way they need to.
